Sam has led successful efforts in identifying and appointing accomplished executives since 2003. Proficient in market and talent intelligence, he provides ever-evolving consultative insights, forming recommendations tailored to the unique circumstances of every client. This work is underpinned by a collegiate ethos and multi-stakeholder input to facilitate firms make key organisational decisions.

The majority of his searches entail cross-border activity where the client and candidates are located in different geographies. Sam has also spent five years residing and working in the Middle East at international search firms, where he has conducted numerous mandates for both global and regional institutions.

Outside of work, he is an avid football fan and enjoys searching for little known “hidden gem” eateries to enjoy food and socialising.
