Personal Experience
With more than 26 years of experience in technology and human capital businesses, Rosalind has built a strong reputation across Asia Pacific for her expertise in channel development, enterprise solutions sales, human capital consulting, and marketing communications.
Her 18 years with IBM saw her take on senior roles across the region, including serving as IBM–Redhat Synergy Channel Executive, where she delivered double-digit growth, created new whitespace opportunities, and launched partner initiatives that generated significant results. She also successfully led a US$365M commercial market segment across APAC, covering IBM hardware, software, and services. Prior to IBM, Rosalind held senior positions with RGE International and Memorex Telex.
Ros is deeply passionate about client success and is recognised for her forward-thinking approach, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges. Having recently relocated from Singapore to the UK with her husband, Gary Smith, she brings extensive market knowledge and a strong client base to her new role at RGH.
At RGH, Ros is focused on leading the Workforce Optimisation stream, driving opportunities across Asia Pacific and beyond, and strengthening collaboration with our channel partners.
