Nick has worked in the AI, talent and skills space for over 20 years. Nick led the sales growth area of Watson Talent for IBM within Europe.

Since that time he has also helped drive the sales effort for the Eightfold AI platform from a pure talent Acquisition capability to a more comprehensive talent lifecycle platform play and helped with Beamery’s transition from a pure CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) platform to a workforce transformation and agility proposition.

Nick has seen significant changes in the AI space over the last 5 years and has closely tracked the disruptive behaviours that this capability brings to the enterprise, including how the stakeholder map of decision makers and key influencers continues to evolve as the use cases for skills and AI continue to evolve and impact businesses across the spectrum of industry verticals and size – reaching across the entire talent lifecycle and how organisations map out our supply and demand of talent across all departments and functions as well as determining the impact of AI automation across the enterprise to identify which roles will be most impacted and where to reskill and redeploy.
