Juriana has over 15 years of experience in office administration and has developed a comprehensive understanding in business management working for start-up companies. She has been with Olmec Search since the company started. Effectively, as the Operations Manager she is responsible for ensuring the organization runs smoothly; She oversees human resources, office system implementations, finance and budgets and property facilities, EA to the CEO and covering internal and external communications.

Juriana is also involved in the research work for client search assignment; researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.
