Adelaide began her career as a Mathematics teacher in Ghana, where she successfully prepared final-year students for the West African B.E.C.E. exam, achieving a 93% pass rate with distinction.

In 2018, Adelaide transitioned into Digital Recruitment, starting as a Trainee Recruiter and quickly advanced due to her dedication. She took on the responsibility of training new recruiters and became an integral part of the hiring team, which involved interviewing and onboarding staff. Specialising in Performance and Growth Marketing, she successfully filled senior positions, including Executive, Director, VP, and Country Manager roles.

Adelaide expanded her recruitment portfolio to include Data Science, Software Engineering, Sales/Business Development roles, showcasing her versatility and understanding of the digital landscape. She has consistently leveraged her communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, earning a reputation as a trusted consultant and mentor.
