Looking for a residential/door-to-door sales advisor for our Client a leading UK internet service provider specialising in ultra-fast broadband.

About the Role:

As a Residential Sales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness in buildings connected to our Client’s services. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, representing our client’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face sales pitches, distributing promotional materials, engaging with residents at events and meetings, and educating customers about the benefits of our Client’s products. Additionally, you’ll gather valuable feedback to help our Client continually improve their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, enhancing sales conversion rates.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of daily visits.
  • Maximise every customer interaction to drive sales.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values.
  • Clearly present the advantages of our Client’s services.
  • Gather feedback on customer perceptions and market influences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong academic background.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product/service benefits and tailor pitches to customer needs.
  • Experience in handling complaints and feedback.
  • Motivated, energetic individual, passionate about sales and meeting targets.
