Stuart has nearly 18 years of experience in sales, primarily within the recruitment industry. He began his career in Oil & Gas with RHL in 2007 and advanced to become Recruitment Manager for Fircroft (now NES Fircroft) in London, the world’s largest Oil & Gas agency. In this role, he managed three offices in the south, gaining substantial experience in overseeing large recruitment teams.

He has also worked in various sectors, including Construction, Renewable Energy, Transport & Logistics, Health & Social Care, and most recently, Education. In June 2020, Stuart founded Qin Recruitment Ltd which focused on providing permanent, temporary, and retained recruitment services specifically for non-teaching roles within the Education and Health & Social Care sectors.

Stuart is passionate about coaching and developing staff, believing he can make a significant impact. A volunteer football coach for many years, he enjoys the synergy between sports and business, advocating for leading by example and fostering an open culture.
